Overview
PWAN Group Business Opportunity is a web application providing all unemployed youths in the eastern part of Nigeria with secure and adequate business plan to sell and acquire lands, and enable them enjoy a decent standard of living.
I was the main designer working on this project in August 2019.
The Problem
Because of the rapid growing rate of unemployment among the youths in Nigeria. The Real-Estate company was looking out on how to come up with a marketing plan for sellers and buyers of land that would be attractive.
Moving away from an obsolete word-of-mouth approach on the sales of land and garnering ability to transcend towards online web package.
Goals
- User : Register clients interested in the purchase of landed property
- Business : Increase engagement and retention of marketers
- Product : Maintain current commissions structure
Research
In the featured work above, I wanted the web app to be more appealing to the demographics of users.
Receiving funds for purchased properties can be more complex than it seems. So we wanted clients to use the company's bank account to make payments while making a physical meetup to view such property.
I also wanted a page to showcase the benefits to be earned by marketers when they meet-up their monthly target on landed properties.
However, we thought it was crucial for customers to access their properties immediately, anytime they want.
Complex challenges like this were among several identified during user research sessions, and validating this and other solutions before implementation was key to our turnaround.
